PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Ms. Sally L. (Ciuk) McLaughlin, 63, of Pittsfield, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.



She was born in Adams on September 21, 1954, a daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie (Kupiec) Ciuk. She attended schools in Adams. Ms. McLaughlin worked for the City of Pittsfield.



She is survived by two sons, Michael and Shaun McLaughlin; four brothers, Steven, John, Joseph and Stanley Ciuk; three sisters, Sandra Fahey, Susan Roberts and June Slanker; and by two grandchildren, Bella and Annaleigh.



Funeral notice: A small funeral service for family and friends will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018, at 6 p.m. in the Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Burial will be at a later date.
