PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Laura Victoria Monterosso, 94, of 1093 West Street, Pittsfield, died Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at her home.
Born in Pittsfield on December 1, 1923, a daughter of Joseph and Theresa Pullano Quadrozzi, she was a 1942 graduate of Pittsfield High School. Mrs. Monterosso was employed by General Electric Company where she was an Assembly Supervisor. She retired in 1985 with 43 years of service.
She was a communicant of St. Mark Church. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, as well as dancing and going to casinos.
Mrs. Monterosso leaves her husband, James C. Monterosso, whom she married June 5, 1948. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mrs. Monterosso was predeceased by three brothers, George Quadrozzi, Sam Quadrozzi and William “Billy” Quadrozzi, and by a sister, Nancy Mallory.
