PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Kenneth Orlando Diorio, 63, of Pittsfield died Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at his home.
Born in Pittsfield, Mass., on February 10, 1955, to the late Orlando and Phyllis Rochelo Diorio, Ken attended local schools and was a 1973 graduate of Taconic High School. After high school, Ken entered the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1978. Ken worked in construction as a truck driver.
He was a communicant of St. Mark’s Church in Pittsfield.
Ken was known for his artistic style and his unique ability to create different types of collages of American History. He would often donate his work to Pittsfield City Hall, Pittsfield Police and the Fire Department.
Ken is survived by his siblings, Ronald G. Diorio of Green Bay, Wisc., Cathy Smith of Littleton, Colo., and Sarah Diorio of Pittsfield; and his nieces and nephews.

Funeral notice: Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Roche Funeral Home, 120 Main Street, Lenox, MA 01240. Per Ken’s wishes, a private service and burial will be held at a later date.
