PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Sylvia M. Winters, 78 of Pittsfield passed away Oct. 1, 2020, at Berkshire Medical Center.

She was born in Sheffield on Dec. 12, 1941, to the late William and Mary Soules Klahn. She attended Sheffield Schools and Mt. Everett High School.

Sylvia married Nelson E. Winters, Jr., on May 9, 1959.

She worked for 26 years at Peter J. Switzer Mill in Lee.

She leaves behind her husband. Sylvia was predeceased by her daughter, Donna Marie Winters in 2008.
