June E. Henault, 84, formerly of 69 Perrine Ave., died Sunday evening at Hillcrest Commons, where she had resided since January.
Born in Pittsfield on Aug. 26, 1917, daughter of John and Madeline Furey Tart, she was a 1934 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Mrs. Henault was employed by Western Massachusetts Electric Co. for a short time before her marriage.
She was a lifelong communicant of St. Joseph's Church.
Her husband, Leo E. Henault, whom she married June 27, 1937, in St. Charles' Church, died Dec. 10, 1999.
She leaves two daughters, Judith A. MacCartney and Lynn E. Yon, both of Pittsfield; three grandsons, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be tomorrow, May 1, at 9:30 from DWYER FUNERAL HOME, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 at St. Joseph's Church by the Rev. Michael Shershanovich, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be tomorrow, May 1, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. If friends desire, donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of the funeral home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
