Thomas M. Goyette, 50, of Panama, Okla., a native of Pittsfield, died Monday at home of heart failure.
Born Sept. 3, 1951, son of Gaston R. and Helen Benson Goyette, he attended Notre Dame Elementary School and Pittsfield High School. He moved to Oklahoma in 1970.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Goyette was employed by the U.S. Postal Service.
He enjoyed sporting events.
He leaves his wife, Gail, whom he married in Fort Smith, Ark., in 1984; a sister, JoAnne G. Sottile of Pittsfield, and three brothers, Ronald L. Goyette of Pittsfield, Raymond G. Goyette of Placentia, Calif., and James V. Goyette of Palm Coast, Fla.
