Patricia A. McKane, 87, formerly of Windsor Avenue, died Tuesday at Penacook Place in Haverhill.
Born in North Adams on April 17, 1915, daughter of Wilfred A. and Mabel M. LaLiberte Brosseau, she was educated in local schools.
A homemaker, she was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, past commander of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 15 Auxiliary, and a member of the DAV State Ways and Means Committee.
Her husband, Robert L. McKane, died in 1990. She leaves a daughter, Margaret L. McKane-Schott of Atkinson, N.H.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A private funeral service will be conducted Friday at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main St., Haverhill. At the family's request, there will be no calling hours.
Burial will be at the VA National Cemetery in Bourne. Memorial contributions may be made to the Penacook Place Employee Fund, 150 Water St., Haverhill, MA 01830 or the Alzheimer's Association, 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140-1102.
