PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Katherine A. Kelesa, 36, of 546 Fenn St. died Friday afternoon, Feb. 4, 2004, at Berkshire Medical Center after being stricken at home.
Born in North Adams on Feb. 11, 1968, daughter of Roger Atwell and the late , she attended schools there.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Kelesa was employed as a certified nursing assistant for several years.
She was a photographer, reader and writer.
She and her husband, Donald Kelesa, were married April 15, 1995.
Besides her husband and father, of North Adams, she leaves a brother, Leonard J. Boudreau Jr. of Adams; a sister, Jean Maynard of Clarksburg, and a stepdaughter, Amanda Klemm of Cincinnati.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Services for Mrs. Kelesa will be conducted Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005, at 11 from TROTTIER-PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME, 6 Summer St., Adams, by the Rev. Mr. Robert Moulton, permanent deacon of the Parishes of Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs, St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Stanislaus Kostka in Adams.
Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery. Calling hours will be tomorrow from 9 until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
