Louise G. Murray, 74, of 419 Bay Oaks Drive, Pensacola, Fla., died Thursday at home.
Born in Brockton, daughter of Ernest and Clarissa Poole, she was a graduate of Mary Burnham School in Amherst and of the former St. Luke's School of Nursing.
She had resided in Pensacola for 10 years.
Mrs. Murray was a member of the Alabama Newcomers Club in Florida and enjoyed quilting.
She leaves her husband of 55 years, Jack Murray; three daughters, Elaine Borden and Maureen Nettles, both of Pittsfield, and Brenda Murray of Germantown, Md.; a son, John J. Murray of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; two sisters, Virginia Holmes of Holbrook and Norma Clark, both of Yarmouth; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Louis G. Murry, who died Feb. 17, 2005, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 10:30 at FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME SOUTH, 100 Beverly Parkway, Pensacola, Fla. Interment will follow in Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola.
The family will receive friends at the chapel from 9:30 until the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 North 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
She also leaves her daughter-in-law, Kelly Murray of Gulf Breeze, Fla.
