Dorothy Anne DuPuis, 82, of 16 Wahconah Heights died Monday morning at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Lowell on Aug. 1, 1922, daughter of Charles and Esther Daly Dawley, she was a graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Mrs. DuPuis was a licensed practical nurse at the former St. Luke's Hospital.
She also did private-duty nursing.
She was a communicant of St. Mark's Church and enjoyed playing bingo and cards, and sewing.
Her husband, Robert H. DuPuis, whom she married Dec. 24, 1940, in Bennington, Vt., died Sept. 12, 1977.
She leaves three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her daughter, Cherryl S. DuPuis Ciliberti, died Dec. 27, 1986.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Dorothy S. DuPuis, who died July 11, 2005, will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
She leaves her grandchildren, Joseph V. Ciliberti Jr. and his wife, Brenda, Stephen R. Ciliberti and his fiancée, Lori Bentz, Jaclyn Charter and her husband, Kyle, and her great-grandchildren, Samantha and Zakkary Ciliberti, and Kyle Charter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201, which is handling arrangements.
