Iris Bertha Bland, infant daughter of Tasha A. Persip of 55 John St., died at birth on Saturday morning at Berkshire Medical Center.
Besides her mother, she leaves her maternal grandparents, Earl G. Persip Jr. and Nancy E. Gardner, both of Pittsfield.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A memorial service for baby girl Iris Bertha Bland, who died at birth on Saturday, Feb. 18, will be held Thursday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME, with the Rev. William D. Furey, pastor of Berkshire Union Chapel, officiating.
Burial will be at a later date in Pittsfield Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Iris may be made to the Berkshire Medical Center Pediatric Unit in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
