SALISBURY, Md. – The Ohio Energy Alderman 16-and-under softball team Friday scored four runs in the last two innings to take a 7-3 win that eliminated the Mass Destruction from the USSSA Eastern Championship.

 

The Destruction came back from deficits of 2-0 and 3-2 to twice tie the game.

 

Nevaeh Lopez and Natalie Arnhold each had two hits, including a triple, for the Destruction, which collected six hits.

 

Amanda Pou went 5 and two-thirds innings in the circle, striking out three, walking one and not allowing an earned run.

 

The Destruction went 5-3-1 at the tournament.
